  • Q:Are your items true to size?

A: Clothes are Asian sizing.
For items starting with Medium ( Eg. M to 3XL); you will need at least one size bigger and two sizes bigger if you are 180cm+ in height.
For items starting with S ( Eg. S-XL ) , you can order your normal size
For oversized items starting with XS ( Eg. XS-L) ; you can order your normal size or one size smaller.

If you are still skeptical regarding the sizing, please leave your weight and height in the notes at checkout and the inventory will double check the sizing for you,

Shoes are EU standard and true to size.
If your sizing is Eg. EU 42.5 , it is recommended to size up to EU43 and not size down.

  • Q:I have received my tracking number but it shows invalid tracking, Why?

A: Usually the tracking number needs 48-72 business hours to be updated by the post office.
For Canada Post and Royal Mail tracking number, it usually takes 10 days to update because they only update once the parcel reaches Canada/United Kingdom.

  • Q:Do you do wholesale?

A: No we are sorry we only do retail.

 

  • Q: Item is out of stock, when will you restock?

A: In most cases, we do not restock. We work directly with manufacturers and they are always trying to manufacure newer items.


  • Q: When will you manufacture new items?

A: We upload new items to the website several times a week.


  • Q: Shipping is too slow, can we do expedited ?

A: We only ship via postal services as it is the safest method of shipping and customers do not get charged extra for it. So no, we do not do expedited and the shipping usually takes 3-4 weeks to most countries.

 

  • Q: Are watches waterproof ?

A: They are NOT waterproof. Watches are only water resistant (to rain and splashes).
